MEDIA

Haven't done one of these in a while. So behind. This may have to be continued later. EDIT: Nope, got through them all! Took all friggin day, but I did it.

To any one reading a "Media" post for the first time, this is basically me going through the (literally) hundreds of music blogs I have bookmarked and posting the interesting ones. Mostly this is for my own benefit, but, hey, if you find something you like, too, than that's a bonus. I try to do this every Sunday, but I'm not always able to. I do take requests, so if their's something you'd like me to keep an eye out for, then say so. I tend to avoid taking the time to link to anything that is easily available and/or well known (like, say a Radiohead studio album) because that's a waste of time. Similarly, if I get comments telling me what kind of stuff gets downloaded, I get a better idea of what kind of stuff to keep an eye out for. I also recommend going to blog and looking at what's posted there that I didn't mention here if you find one you like.

You should also check and make sure whether or not a particular blog passwords the files they've uploaded.

I try to put a small description of the music with each entry if I think it's necessary, but it's usually a safe bet that the blog has a more detailed description of what the music sounds like than any little blurb I post.

Lastly, if you're taking something from a blog, I urge you to leave a comment at the blog and let them know. Lord knows a lot of these blogs take a lot of work and it seems like they so rarely get any feedback.

Ok? Ok.
